The Client understands that the Firm can only work within the guidelines of the SBA. Client understands that products or services can change or become unavailable by the SBA and this is not under the control of the Firm. Should changes/ineligibility occur within the processing of Client’s application, all refunds are null and void.
Firm Processor(s) an Agents will work with Client to obtain the best result for their application.
The Client agrees to comply with all commercially reasonable requests made by the Processor(s) and Agents of |S|B|G|A|. in a timely fashion. If Client does not comply with all requests and action leads to unapproved applications by the SBA, all guarantees are null and void.
